There are various types such as roll type, disk type, groove control type, vacuum type, and vinyl all-in-one seeding machine. Agricultural work is possible using a variety of seeding rolls such as a manager, cultivator-attached seeder, and tractor-attached seeder.

 

Disc-type tractor-attached rice soybean seeders, disc-type tractor-attached seeders, disc-type rice transplanter-attached bean seeders, and vinyl mulching seeders designated as new technology agricultural machines by the Rural Development Administration are also attracting attention.

 

Multifunctional complex robot device.

In particular, Jang automation 'multifunctional complex robot device', which was adopted as a task by the Small and Medium Business Administration, is a product capable of all-weather planting, harvesting, and transplanting. This product is also applied to the Daesang Group's production line for kimchi at Chonggajip, and it is spreading and is expected. This robot device is attracting attention in the industry as it can grow and transplant cabbage.

 

Sales and overseas market goals

 

Last year, sales were more than 3 million dollars (4 billion won) just for seeding. Last year, there were difficulties due to export restrictions due to tax-related problems, but I believe that they will be well prepared and resolved in the future. Currently, the United States and Canada are the largest markets for export, followed by France, Australia, and Japan. In the future, the trend is to increase the portion of the overseas market rather than the domestic market.

 

In the future, the company plans to make full-fledged advances based on its specialized technology in Jang Automation, targeting small and medium-sized farmers-centered countries that have already preoccupied the market in the future, such as countries that were colonies of France in the past.

 

Future plans

 

In the future, Merit of Farmhouse is preparing to achieve all solutions with robots by integrating western salads and Korean kimchi with a high value-added agricultural platform business. Currently, 20 employees, including 5 researchers, are completing the overseas export package by utilizing their expertise. It is not always good to be too fast, but the test bed is important. If the design is completed in April, it is expected to be completed in July or August. We will grow into a company that plants the agriculture of the future.
